About the Opportunity

We are partnering with a leading heavy industrial manufacturing specialist based in Wetherill Park. Known for their high-quality production & long-term industry presence, they are looking for a skilled & motivated Electrical Technician to join their maintenance team.

• Location: Wetherill Park, NSW

• Hourly Rate: $50.00 per hour + Super
  
  

Key Responsibilities

• Perform routine electrical maintenance, fault finding, & breakdown repairs on specialised production machinery.

• Service & optimise heavy manufacturing components, including curing ovens & associated industrial plant equipment.

• Ensure all electrical work complies with Australian standards & site safety regulations.

• Collaborate with the broader maintenance team to minimise downtime & improve machinery reliability.

• Be willing to undergo a pre-employment, work rights & criminal history check.

What We Are Looking For

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Full Australian working rights & currently residing in Australia.

• A clear understanding of both written & verbal English for safety & reporting documentation.

• A valid Australian Electrical Licence (A-Grade / NSW Contractor or Supervisor licence).

• Current valid Australian driver's licence.

• Proven track record working in a manufacturing or heavy industrial environment.

• Hands-on experience maintaining complex production machinery (experience with curing ovens or thermal processing equipment is highly regarded).

• Prior experience in the locomotive or rail manufacturing industry will be distinctively advantageous.
